Processing time

Orders usually take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipping. This can be longer during busy periods or for certain products.

Delivery times (after the order ships)

•  United States: 3–4 business days (standard)

•  United Kingdom & Europe: typically 5–12 business days

•  Canada, Australia & most other countries: 5–20 business days

Express shipping is available at checkout in many locations and reduces transit time to 1–3 business days after your order ships.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment centre.

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned because of an address error, you will need to cover the cost of reshipping.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price
